Shawn Rorie
Original Founding Partner
Shawn began his transportation career in 1995 with one of the largest 3PL providers in the world. He brings both Sales and Operations experience to BAT Logistics. Prior to co-founding BAT Logistics in 2008, he was a Senior Manager for the largest railroad in the U.S. He is responsible for overall operations, financial management, and revenue generation. Shawn is a Veteran of the U.S. Army and he obtained his B.S. in Aviation Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL. When he is not working he enjoys family time, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, and other outdoor activities. He also enjoys Tennessee Football and is a BIG fan! Jarrod Marinello

Jarrod is a graduate of Marketing and International Business at the University of Central Florida. Within his 20+ years experience in Transportation, Marinello has already held positions such as Branch Manager, Director, and Sales Manager with various Fortune 500 logistics companies. He is responsible for sales generation and marketing activities in the United States and Canada. When Jarrod is not working he likes to spend time watching Steven Seagal movies, playing tennis and thinking about his favorite customers. Ashley Jankowski
Chief Executive Officer
Ashley Jankowski is the Chief Executive Officer of BAT Logistics, but more importantly, she's a mom, leader, coffee enthusiast, and strategic visionary who believes great businesses are built by investing in people. Ashley began her career in transportation in 2005 and entered the brokerage world in 2010. Since then, she has built a reputation for leading with authenticity, cultivating high-performing teams, and creating lasting partnerships.Ashley leads with a people-first philosophy, challenging the status quo while inspiring innovation, accountability, and a culture of excellence through care. She is passionate about developing leaders, empowering teams, and leading with a relentless commitment to service. Drawing from more than two decades in the transportation industry, she combines real-world experience, actionable strategies, and an authentic perspective that resonates with individuals across industries.When she's not leading BAT Logistics (or wondering where "downtime" went), Ashley enjoys traveling, volunteering in her community, and making memories with her family. Ashley is committed to building organizations where people come first, relationships matter, and care is more than a value – it’s the standard. Ralph Blank
Vice President of Operations
Ralph Blank began with BAT Logistics in June of 2011. He took on his role as Operations Manager in December 2015, and Vice President of Operations in 2021. He graduated from the University of Omaha with his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. When not at BAT, Ralph enjoys playing basketball, spending time with family, and working with non-profit organizations in the community. Email
