Shawn Rorie

Shawn Shawn Rorie began in the industry in 1995 bringing both Sales and Operations experience to the table. Prior to BAT Logistics he held positions such as branch manager for one of the largest 3PL provider in the world, senior management for the largest railroad in the US and most recently co-founder of BAT Logistics. He is responsible for overall operations, financial management and revenue generation. He obtained his degree in Aviation Management from Embry Riddle in Daytona Beach. When he is not working he enjoys family time with wife Alicia and baby girls Autumn, Eden, and Dakota, and is an active member in his local church. He also enjoys Horseback riding, hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities.

Jarrod Jarrod Marinello is a graduate of Marketing and International Business at the University of Central Florida. Within his 10 years experince in Transportation, Marinello has already held positions such as Branch Manager, Director and Sales Manager with various Fortune 500 logistic companies. He is responsible for sales generation and marketing activites in the United States and Canada. When Jarrod is not working he likes to spend time watching Steven Seagal movies, playing tennis and thinking about his favorite customers.

Liz Liz Wayne began her transportation career in 2002 and has since been exposed to many aspects of the business. Raised in Omaha NE she began her career at a local family owned trucking company where she quickly moved up. After several promotions her education and training in transportation industry prepared her for her current role. Today Liz is serving as the Government Services Manager for BAT Logistics handling all of the day to day operations for Government services including Dispatch, Human Resources, Accounting and all aspects of the 3PL business. When Liz isn't working she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Ashley Jankowski

Steve Ashley Jankowski began her transportation career in 2005 with a local trucking company. She began in Safety and quickly learned she had found her love. Her knowledge of the industry grew as she moved in to Operations and then was later promoted to Customer Service and Sales. As a Business Graduate from Metro Community College, she easily learned the business and every aspect of the industry. She began with BAT in May of 2010 as a broker and quickly advanced. She took on her role as Operations Manager in October 2012. She currently oversees every aspect of the business from Operations to Sales and all in between. When Ashley is not at BAT she enjoys time with husband Alvin and son Franco and is actively involved in her church. She also enjoys traveling and playing Candy Crush.

Steve Steve Barnes has been an account executive with Bat logistics for over three years. He specializes in account management and is responsible for both revenue generation and carrier management. Steve is a graduate of Wayne State College and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. He enjoys problem solving and the fast paced environment in transportation. Steve keeps busy outside of work spending time with his young children Vincent and Abigail and is an avid Syracuse basketball fan.
