Join our Sales Team as an Outside Sales Representative!
The Outside Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new opportunities, following up on potential leads, and securing new business growth.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and maintain high productivity levels
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
- Achieve set goals through prospecting new business
- Follow up on all leads and self-generating prospects
- Consistently provide excellent customer service
- Conduct presentation meetings as needed
- Develop, maintain, and grow customer and carrier relationships
- Prepare price quotes and negotiate customer rates for tendered freight
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
- Provides periodic sales forecasts
- Resolve any customer issues that may arise
- Understand and meet company targets
- Some travel may be necessary
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least two years related sales experience required
