Ashley Jankowski is the Chief Executive Officer of BAT Logistics, but more importantly, she’s a mom, leader, coffee enthusiast, and strategic visionary who believes great businesses are built by investing in people.  Ashley began her career in transportation in 2005 and entered the brokerage world in 2010. Since then, she has built a reputation for leading with authenticity, cultivating high-performing teams, and creating lasting partnerships.

Ashley leads with a people-first philosophy, challenging the status quo while inspiring innovation, accountability, and a culture of excellence through care. She is passionate about developing leaders, empowering teams, and leading with a relentless commitment to service. Drawing from more than two decades in the transportation industry, she combines real-world experience, actionable strategies, and an authentic perspective that resonates with individuals across industries.

When she’s not leading BAT Logistics (or wondering where “downtime” went), Ashley enjoys traveling, volunteering in her community, and making memories with her family.  Ashley is committed to building organizations where people come first, relationships matter, and care is more than a value – it’s the standard.
