Over the past 6 years we’ve gotten the chance to watch Jon grow from a silly, energetic, over the top, hard working Broker . . . to a silly, energetic, over the top, hard working Team Leader. He’s the first to help bring the fun and ensure that no day ends without a smile and maybe a new fun joke about Jon or memory of his epic dance moves. He brings a true level of commitment to his work, and the entire team while taking the time necessary to ensure the job gets done. Every carrier he works with should feel they have Jon in their corner, rooting for them every step of the way. We are proud to have him on our team, helping us grow, and building the future of BAT.
